Not necessarily seeking confrontations (although Level dependent), but won’t be pushed around. Knowing what you want and going for it (Proactive). Working hard to play hard.

Moving away from people - Regeneration Principle.
Withdrawing to get what is wanted. Disengaging from others to deal with the needs. The need for quiet solitude. Not attracting too much attention. Happy to not take the lead. The use of imagination, fantasy and dreaming to accomplish a sense of stability. The Search for insight. The need for rest. The quality of Inertia.

Service - Moving toward people; Self Transcending Principle.
The principle here is to Earn what is needed by placating the inner -critic. This usually includes the need to be good – responsible and dedicated. Keeping commitments, and doing what is expected – what’s right. Being there, for others. Self sacrifice for the sake of the relationship, the company, or work colleagues. Focusing on others at the expense of self provides a sense of delayed gratification.
