These classes are suitable for those who have already attended courses of Mindfulness or have some knowledge of Mindfulness and want to find a supportive group to continue their practices.
We will discuss the possibilities of bringing mindfulness into our daily lives and some home practice will be encouraged. It is important to practice being mindful in our everyday lives as this is where we need it the most.
Learning is experiential and it is intended that this cultivates understanding and skills that really make a difference in our lives.
We can look at new ways of working with difficulties and relating to ourselves and others.
