Whilst research has demonstrated the benefits of attending an 8 week course, dedicating significant time to practice, the circumstances of our lives do not always permit this.
Rather than giving up, you may prefer to consider attending these 3 weekly classes to discover the basics.
Learning occurs over time so we are not always aware of the benefits straight away. Commitment to each session is required to attend and you will be encouraged to explore short home practices during each week.
This is a safe space which supports our explorations, dipping toes into the water...so to speak , to test out whether we want to look into this mindful meditation process more, or not.
