A morning of guided and unguided meditation, with extended silences and opportunities to share experiences with mindfulness

These mornings are intended for individuals who have had experience with meditation and familiarity with mindfulness.
There are refreshments available from 9.30am for a punctual start at 10.00am. The morning will end at 1.00pm and will include a mid-morning refreshment break.
Apart from guided and unguided practices, we will have time to share our experiences and inquire into what is helpful for us to maintain mindfulness in our lives. We can bring our insights, our difficulties and our successes with our practice.
This is an opportunity to sit with others in a supportive environment.
