Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is about the processes and influences we employ to do what we do. Learning NLP raises our awareness to the approaches we and others have for achieving certain results - whether wanted or not. Thus it identifies different ways of achieving the outcomes we want, providing us with more choices.

Personal Leadership is a four day programme furnishing participants with some of the most practical NLP techniques for improving confidence, creating compelling and attainable goals and building relationships.

This course will cover the minimum criteria for attaining the INLPTA Diploma certification plus additional NLP Business communications material to enhance your learning. The INLPTA Diploma is recognised worldwide and will count towards any future INLPTA Practitioner training. You will also be eligible for Graduate membership of INLPTA.
This programme is designed for people who are opening to new ideas and alternative ways for being in the world. Anyone who is already realising the vast potential and need for increasing our human capacities of compassion, creativity and higher levels of consciousness , will find this course both stimulating and rewarding.

The approach of modelling how a person does what they do, helps in the understanding of how some people get better results than others.
When applied with integrity, awareness of a person's personality and general level of development, NLP tools can be a highly effective in getting a person from a stuck position into a free flow of choice and self development.

In our experience, a lot of NLP has been poorly applied; both in training and in application. This acknowledges the current scepticism that many business are expressing towards NLP. This may be due to the way it is being sold, the expectations of participants and/or the way people have interpreted the model.

At MetaMe, we work with the core NLP values and criteria for certification, as laid down by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA).

This means we respect that learning such a highly potent set of tools requires an appropriate measure of time, feedback and practise in order to fully realise the potential that the NLP tools have to offer.
We include and apply many NLP techniques during our courses, as well as other well proven and acknowledge skills.
