Mindfulness and Movement Learning Opportunities In Sussex

Mindfulness In Motion combines the principles and benefits of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) into everyday movements, posture and physical activities.

It develops the focus of directed attention and enhanced awareness of when we might be forcing our movements to overcome some limitations, versus supporting optimal physical movements.

The method helps our neurological system to re-learn or discover new pathways that can be more efficient, comfortable and offer less physical stress and relieve discomfort.

Current locations include Hamblin Hall in Bosham, Nr Chichester and our own venue in Partridge Green, West Sussex.
