This researched based programme provides the skills to establish a mindfulness practice in 8 weeks, with an orientation week to start the process.
The neuroscience is now explaining the benefits of meditation. The purpose of practice is to expand our experiences, so that we can apply our learning in everyday events.
Repeated practice allows us to meet the challenges of life, recovering from the ups and downs more quickly and gaining self-mastery.
Stress is never going to go away, but we can have a different relationship with it. We can also build a new relationship with ourselves: honouring, respecting and taking care of ourselves.
Different themes and practices are introduced each week, with time for inquiry and sharing of experiences.
Home practice is an essential part of the course.
A notebook, audio teachings and other resources are included to support your learning.

The first week is an orientation week where background information and details of how the course runs is given. At this stage you can review your decision to attend and your deposit will be returned. There is no pressure to continue. Payment is only required once you've committed to the 8week course.
