Finding time to practise meditation and to take a pause in our busy lives is helped by being with others, supporting one another and looking into the many different ways we can foster mindfulness in our daily lives.

These classes can serve to support you in maintaining a meditation practice or to bring mindfulness into your daily life.
You do not need to have a regular meditation practice but it may be helpful to have had some experience or knowledge of what mindfulness is.
If are unsure whether mindfulness is for you, this may also give you an insight and help you decide whether to pursue Mindfulness or not.
Apart from meditation practices, we will be bringing a creative process into finding ways to pause and remind ourselves of the moment we are experiencing, rather than getting caught up in our thoughts.
These practices can shine a light on many of our habits which undermine our sense of self. We are really learning more about ourselves and learning to be less critical. Self-judgments often grip us and lead to negative views. Mindfulness invites us to recognise our patterns and gently dissolve the barriers which hold us back.
We can uncover a greater sense of connection and tools to allow us to enjoy the moment more and more.
There will be time to reflect and discover possibilities of how to allow seeds of change to germinate and grow.
You will be asked to share only what you are willing to share,
