The Enneagram of Nine Personality Types and Instinctual Variations shows us how we lose connection with our intrinsic merits and real potential to be mature human beings. This loss of connection impairs our ability to be effective business leaders.

The Core Dynamics of Leadership
You will learn what to look for in yourself and others as indicators of stress and communication styles that can resolve potential conflict. Over the two days we will unfold many valuable Insights for people involved in performance review, human resources and mentoring.
The Evolutionary Scale of Motivation and Change
You will work with the Enneagram as a structure of creativity, process and change, hitherto un-tapped in the business and human resources arena. As a cross-fertilisation with specialised NLP communication skills, we will see how each Enneagram type has certain default language patterns that can help influence behaviour and motivation.
These workshops are open and accessible to anyone new or familiar with the Enneagram, and can be taken in either order, although we do recommend part one is taken first
Our approach is to acknowledge and connect with all nine qualities - integrating the fears and desires associated with our own and other people's dominant Enneagram type. Chief Feature of our dominant Enneagram type acts as an obscuration of True Nature. It sets-up a synthetic-concept and self-image Ideal. This results in habitual thinking and reactivity, distorting our connection with reality and other people .
Right Action, Real Compassion and Clear Decisions arise from the immediacy of our Personal Awareness, Objective Reason and Emotional Maturity.
The Format: Experiential exercises, enquiry and discussions over both days to facilitate direct experience the qualities of each type. There will be opportunities to explore how the Enneagram insights will benefit your business or organisation

Grahame is an Accredited Nine Domains Facilitator, Riso-Hudson certified Teacher of the Enneagram (Hons) and an Enneagram Institute Authorised Teacher- having completed rigorous training over seven years with Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson, two of the worlds foremost authors and developers of modern Enneagram studies.
Grahame is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), INLPTA certified Trainer of NLP and NLP Business Communications and Certified Consultant and Trainer of Language And Behaviour (LAB) Profile. His business background spans more than thirty years of management and entrepreneurial ventures in the Musical Instrument Industry.
