Workshops that deepen your understanding and work with the Riso-Hudson Enneagram

These workshops address, where you are in your journey, and how you can make the best use of the Enneagram in your own life. Your current understanding is the starting point and what else you can add to your knowledge that will be useful and helpful is what counts. These workshops can be likened to group coaching sessions with Grahame facilitating your learning.

Content Motivated and Driven by You....

As well as some themed content, each workshop will explore aspects of the Enneagram, that you, as one of the participants will bring.

If you have particular enquiries or questions that you have wanted to explore or get some clarity on for yourself this is a workshop for you. It will be a melting pot of for you and your co-participant to enquire and discover for yourselves the dynamics of your type or maybe others Enneagram personality types you wish to get some deeper understanding of.

The number of participants could be very small - but not less than three.

Participants will support each others enquiry, not through 'fixing' or 'therapising'- rather through the method of listening and seeking clarity, participants will discover a more useful (to the enquirer) way of working with others and to supporting presence and a field of holding.

Workshop activities may vary for each workshop, but can include:

Mediation & Sensing practices
Enquiry & Dialoguing
Movement-body work
Conversational Teaching
Panels for Type, Instincts or other group dynamics

In order to understand the different centres, we need to learn the unique ' language' of each centre (Head, Heart, Belly)

Some of the movement work will involve floor base, sitting or standing movements. You will only be expected to engage in physical moves that you are comfortable with and are within your current capabilities. This workshop is open to anyone with a little or a lot of Enneagram knowledge....

It is not essential to know your Enneagram Type or know much about the Enneagram as a degree of review may be included, depending on the knowledge and experience of the group. Thus even if this is your first Enneagram workshop, you will learn how to begin the work of recovering your true self, which can enlighten you to your Enneagram type.

People well versed in the Enneagram will have opportunities to learn how to work with others in a way that will support their own Presence and practice as potential Enneagram Teachers or Coaches.
