Most of
what we come to understand as truth
is a distillation of received knowledge.
Science demands empirical
evidence,
Religion requires us only to believe.
Who we are generally goes
unquestioned;
and yet, this knowledge is central to our being.
We allow years of myths, superstitions
and the self-serving agendas of others, to shape our thinking,
influence our behaviours and limit our potential.
Discovering who we have taken ourselves to
be
reveals our true nature, allowing us to
reclaim our inherent potential.
The subsequent coming-to-knowing of ourselves
through direct experience,
brings us in contact with our truth!

is why in all ancient teachings the first demand
at the beginning of the way to liberation was;
